"Our mission is to promote equity and economic empowerment for individuals affected by domestic violence through personalized educational programs, financial assistance, skills development, awareness initiatives, financial coaching, essential resources, legal referrals, and trauma informed support groups."

Elizabeth Flores holds a B.S. in Social Sciences from the University of Houston–Downtown, is pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Social Work at Baylor University, and is completing an Executive Certificate in Financial Stewardship at the Harvard Kennedy School. As founder of (HREC4DV), Elizabeth draws on her professional expertise and lived experience to lead a holistic, survivor-centered organiz
Lisa Evans, a devoted mother of five and faith-driven leader, has transformed her challenges into a powerful testimony of resilience. Raised in Houston, she holds a B.A. in English, a B.S. in Christian Leadership, and an MBA. As an evangelist, she empowers women to embrace faith over abuse and inspires them to walk in strength and purpose.
Mayleen is a dedicated advocate for justice, a mother, and a life coach with a strong focus on holistic wellness. She is a leader in the field of yoga and is pursuing a certification in Qigong. Mayleen holds certifications in youth and adult mental health and is passionate about nutrition, overall wellness, and empowering others to lead balanced, healthy lives.
